Cline Design Group is a Colorado-based firm that has successfully merged the fields of design and construction management to create a seamless development process. As a design build firm for new homes, Cline Design Group provides clients a single-source contract for the design and construction of custom residential new homes. Owner Jeff Cline holds a Masters Degree in Architecture and a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, and has had the pleasure of building new luxury homes in some of Colorado’s best communities.

Many luxury home buyers have difficulty visualizing what a home will look like on paper. That’s why Cline Design Group encourages their clients to be actively involved in their new home projects. One of the company’s most unique offerings is that clients have the ability to make changes to their home design well into the construction phase. Since the designer is also the day-to-day construction manager, there is a always an efficient flow of communication and exchange of ideas.

Crafting the Solterra Luxury Home Experience

Cline Design Group was proud to be a part of the 2008 Parade of Homes in Solterra, where they showcased a new home called the 'Bella Vista' which won the 'Built Green Excellence Award' and the 2008 'Built Green Home of the Year.' In fact this home was the 'greenest' new home in history of the Parade of Homes. Cline continues this level of commitment to the environment as well as to each home owner in every new home built in Solterra.
