The father and son team of Gregg and Robert Carnicello started building together in 1976, building custom and semi-custom new homes along Colorado’s Front Range. By limiting the number of new homes they build each year, Gregg Design Custom builders (GDCB) is able to provide individual service and attention to detail for their clients. Custom new home building is all that GDCB does; their team has decades of combined experience, fostering a level of attention to detail that bigger new home builders simply cannot provide.

GDCB believes that custom new home building is “in the details,” and that true custom craftsmanship has nothing to do with a home’s size. For approximately 10 years, GDCB has been focusing on old world design, with an emphasis on French Country and Tuscan architecture. The company’s teamwork and cohesiveness—color and design handled by Linda Sedgeley, field management and construction administered by Scott Pascal, vision, development and direction provided by Gregg Carnicello, marketing expertise given by Don Burke, and guidance and foresight given by company patriarch Bob Carnicello—creates a one-of-a-kind experience for owners of luxury new homes in Denver, CO.
