The Retreat, our clubhouse

This is the centerpiece of our community, inspired by the villas of Tuscany. Within the Retreat, we offer a variety of services to our residents like our luxury kitchen and dining area – a place to entertain friends and family, inside the clubhouse or outside on our patios. Homeowners can rent out the Retreat and use to entertain friends, host a cooking demonstration or even have a wedding. View our slideshow of Retreat photos here.

Pool

Take time to unwind on the terrace and enjoy our Infinity pool overlooking Red Rocks and the foothills. The pool is open to homeowners from Memorial Day until Labor Day and is staffed by the lifeguards from the YMCA of Denver during all open hours. All pool guests must be accompanied by a resident. 

Fitness & spa

No better place to exercise or be pampered than at the Retreat. We have our own fitness and spa facilities that offer facials, skin care treatments, deep tissue massage and a comfortable place to accommodate yoga classes. The organized fitness programs are designed by the homeowners and based on interest in the community. After you move in, you can participate in all fitness programs. Hiking trails

Solterra’s prime foothill location in the historic Rooney Valley area is the perfect marriage of wilderness and civilization—and this is reflected in every detail of planning and design. Start your day with a stroll through our beautifully landscaped grounds, or explore some of our nearby trails, like Green Mountain Park which offers a challenging system of multi-use trails for hiking, biking and even horseback riding. And don't forget to bring Barkly, he will certainly enjoy the new Forsberg-Iron Spring Dog Park, the areas only off-leash dog park, located at the top of the entrance into Solterra.
