The Master-Planned Community

The Solterra master plan includes approximately 1,400 residences encompassing a wide range of homestyles, including enclave estates, luxury single-family homes, community single-family homes, patio homes, townhomes and luxury apartments. We are currently building estate, single-family and patio homes. Development of luxury apartments and townhomes are scheduled to begin until a later phase, at this time we estimate the timeframe to be about 2013.

Some of Colorado’s premier builders had developed one-of-a-kind home designs that promise to be as distinctive as Solterra itself. Together with Community Architect Michael Woodley, these respected artisans are in the process of realizing a truly unique vision.

From C-470 exit at West Alameda Parkway (between I-70 and Morrison Road on C-470) and go east 1/2 mile to S.
