Cardel Homes Plans Growth at Solterra

84 homes sold in 2011; 84 new lots purchased in 2012

Lakewood, Colo., May 7, 2012 – Cardel Homes, a Canadian-based home builder, has completed the purchase of 84 single family home lots and recently broke ground on a $4 million 6-home model complex in the newest phase of construction at Solterra, a master-planned community in west metro Denver’s foothills developed by Brookfield Residential.

This new phase of home building for Cardel at Solterra, introduces the new Renaissance Series adding six floorplans from the low $400s.  With this addition, Cardel now offers 12 floorplans with 30 elevations, featuring Tuscan architectural details such as stucco and stone exteriors, five designer exterior color schemes and Monier lifetime concrete roof tiles.

With its low-maintenance, garden level and walk-out homes, Cardel has integrated outdoor living into each of its uniquely designed Solterra floor plans.
