Builder caters to rightsizing

Lakewood, Colo., April 19, 2012 – Remington Homes, a four generation Colorado home builder, has introduced a new patio home series at Solterra, a master-planned community in west metro Denver’s foothills developed by Brookfield Residential.

 The new series offers a smaller home size that caters to the trend in rightsizing. This happens when a home owner, typically Empty Nesters or buyers in retirement, wants to rightsize their needs in terms of space, upkeep and mortgage costs.
