Lakewood, Colo., February 5, 2013 – Remington Homes, a four generation Colorado home builder, has opened its second patio home model at Solterra, a master-planned community in west metro Denver’s foothills developed by Brookfield Residential.

The new model, opened to the public on February 3, highlights Remington’s newest patio home series offering a smaller home size with three floor plans and two elevations each. Buyers interested in this home range from young professionals who want a single family home to Empty Nesters who no longer need a large, family home.
