Solterra Hosts Tour of 15 European-Inspired Homes

Denver, Colo., May 25, 2011 – Solterra, a master-planned community in west metro Denver’s foothills, will offer access to 15 of its European-inspired homes on Saturday, June 4, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. In the spirit of the REALTOR® Nationwide Open House Weekend, Solterra’s Open House Tour will include a sneak preview of the new Toll Brothers home design, which has not been open to the public until now.

“The homes at Solterra offer the ultimate blend of Colorado living,” said Kristin Peterson, Brookfield Residential’s Colorado marketing manager. “It’s the best of two worlds without being “in” either of them: close to the mountains, but not a mountain town. And, close to downtown Denver without being an urban neighborhood.”

The Open House Tour will begin at the Retreat, Solterra’s community clubhouse featuring a tiered infinity pool, three patio areas and an outdoor grass amphitheater, as well as a full gourmet kitchen, dining and entertaining areas. Guests can fill their day with home tours, a visit to the children’s park complete with rock climbing walls, four slides, swings and grassy play areas; a romp in the off-leash dog park; and exploring the many nearby hiking trails.

Toll Brothers, Infinity, Remington, Cardel and Wall Custom Homes will offer food and drink at the model and move-in-ready homes open to the public. Maps for the tour will be available at the Retreat.

Solterra offers low-maintenance patio homes (low $400s), single-family homes (low $400s- high $800s), and custom homes ($800s – $2 million). To learn more, please visit or call 303.790.6611. Solterra is located just east of C-470 at the Alameda Parkway interchange.
