Lakewood, Colo., Feb. 14, 2012 – Solterra, a master-planned community in west metro Denver’s foothills developed by Brookfield Residential, has launched a new, “living” website for current homeowners and prospective homebuyers.
Launched earlier this month, the new Solterra website will have new information populating its pages on a regular basis, as well as offering a real-time home search and direct access to builders and the ability to schedule home tours.
The most prominent new feature on the website is the home finder. A user can simply select the specifics of what they’re looking for and be presented with available inventory matching their criteria, eliminating the need to scan through irrelevant home listings.
“The home finder is the piece we’ve focused on most knowing it will offer prospective homebuyers immediate access to the information they’re most interested in finding,” said Kristin Peterson, Solterra’s marketing manager. “No more searching through listings that come nowhere near what a homebuyer wants in a new home. Now they can go directly to the listings at Solterra that meet their exact needs, searching by style, price or builder of a home.”
Additional new features on the site include:
- Community updates – a blog showcasing events at Solterra and the surrounding community, new home offerings, and general house and home tidbits
- “Community Life” – details on resident amenities and activities at The Retreat, Solterra’s community clubhouse, and in the surrounding area (Lakewood, Red Rocks, local hiking trails, etc.)
- Direct access to builders – contact builders who are currently building at Solterra with questions about their products
- Schedule onsite tours – use the online calendar to set up a home tour
